The Showcase, an innovative and dramatically unique retail/entertainment center was designed by Domingo Cambeiro Corp. -Architects, placing Las Vegas in competition as one of the premiere locations for non-gaming entertainment complexes of the World. This internationally recognizable retail/ entertainment attraction is positioned on a 2.8-acre property located on the glittering world-famous Las Vegas Strip.

The $94 million, five story complex displays 540 feet of all-glass frontage affording each tenant the opportunity to create their own eye-catching theme retail image and marquee. It contains 271,000 S.F. of leasable space featuring: United Artists – a state-of-the-art, 42,000 S.F. eight-screen cinema complex with seating for 2,800 movie-goers; The World of Coca Cola - with an entrance marked by a 100 foot-high, glass Coke bottle (housing two elevators); The Official All Star Cafe, 36,000 S.F. three level theme restaurant; Sega’s Game Works - Steven Speilberg’s 47,000 S.F. interactive entertainment center located at the lower promenade; and M&M/Mars and Ethel M Chocolates 27,000 S.F. four level retail and entertainment complex.

In addition, a twelve story parking garage with valet service and accommodation for 1,500 vehicles, is connected by a Sky-Bridge providing easy access to the Mall.
